About Gypsy Love

Gypsy Love (Christina Nicholas) is an artist, astrologer, and nonprofit dance consultant devoted to spreading universal love, creative expression, and positive social change. Through astrology, music, movement, and community engagement, she inspires people to connect more deeply with themselves and one another.

Before stepping fully into her creative calling, Gypsy spent years as a high-tech sales director working with Fortune 500 clients. She brings that same strategic expertise to the arts world, with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, and community building. Her work has helped elevate and sustain influential organizations including Micaya Presents (formerly the San Francisco International Hip Hop DanceFest), Metronome Dance Collective, Embodiment Project, and Illadelph Legends of Hip Hop Bay Area.

In 2008, she founded Gypsy Love Productions, a creative platform dedicated to inspiring unity and healing through astrology, music, and dance. A seasoned astrologer, singer-songwriter, and Middle Eastern cabaret bellydancer, Gypsy weaves together spiritual insight and performance to create transformative experiences that uplift audiences and foster connection.

A proud San Francisco native and passionate LGBTQIA+ ally, Gypsy cultivated her artistry in the city’s vibrant Castro district. She performed with the legendary House of Garza, helping raise vital funds for local AIDS relief organizations. Since then, she has appeared on the Main Stage at San Francisco Pride, served for several years as the astrology columnist for the SF Bay Times, and emerged as a chart-topping dance music recording artist.

At the heart of everything she does is a simple but powerful mission: to use art, astrology, and community to remind people that love—expressed through creativity, compassion, and shared experience—has the power to transform the world.
